The Public is invited to Storage Auctions at U-Store Colorado are typically scheduled to be held on the third Thursday of the month unless it is on a holiday. You may call the office between 9:00-9:30 am on the day of the auction to verify auction status.

Loveland Public Storage Auction will start promptly at 10:00 am and all units sold will need to be paid in full by cash payment only (this is the only time cash is accepted due to C.R.S.). You will need to be signed in with valid I.D. and ready prior to 10:00 am. It is illegal to attempt to bid on your own unit either solely or through family members.
Units sold at auction must be COMPLETELY vacated the same day of sale, or can be leased by purchaser.
